8th International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics

José Laparra, IBV Human Factors Head researcher, took part in the 8th International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics last 21st of July in two sessions:

  • Session 221. Smart Design and User Experience. Laparra presented Usability model based on traditional metrics and physiological and eye tracking variables depending on user profile (Jose Laparra-Hernández, Juanma Belda-Lois and Alvaro Page, Spain).

  • Session 234: Neuroergonomics Theory and Design II. Laparra presented Physiological model to classify physical and cognitive workload during gaming activities (Néstor Arroyo, Jose Laparra-Hernández, Andrés Soler, Enrique Medina and Helios de-Rosario, Spain).

 

The conference objective was to provide an international forum for the dissemination and exchange of scientific information on theoretical, generic, and applied areas of human factors and ergonomics.
