PLUX has incorporated in his product Biosignalplux (wearable body sensing platform) a new add-on, implemented by PLUX and developed by IBV (Instituto de Biomecánica).
This new add-on focus on the analysis and assessment of discomfort in seating, mainly oriented to the automobile and mass transport sector, but also applicable to other sectors, such as office seating design.
The add-on analyzes the micro and macro movements of the back of the passenger while seated and allows assessing the degree of discomfort. The add-on is based on sound scientific research developed by IBV, published in several scientific journals.
