IBV will participate next 27th-28th June in Barcelona in the Bilateral Meeting France-Spain, organised by the Spanish Node of EIT Health.
The objectives of this event are:
- Promote Spanish and French participation in European and regional funding calls.
- Promote and strengthen Spanish and French collaboration in international funding calls.
- Introduce the differences and similarities of Spanish & French Health Care systems.
- Promote and strengthen Spanish and French collaboration in EIT Health future calls.
The agenda includes presentations of EIT Health Spain and EIT Health France by Node Directors, and then pitch and matchmaking sessions to promote collaboration and networking between Spanish and French EIT Health partners.
Instituto de Biomecánica (IBV) will take part asCore Partner of EIT Health, which is a consortium comprising a total of 140 leading corporations, universities and research centers in fourteen European countries. This is one of the most ambitious initiatives in the field of public health with partial financial support. Until the end of 2016, the consortium expects to generate about seventy new business ideas and reach one hundred forty in 2018. The forecast for 2016 is to generate about 4 start-ups and involve 150,000 students and 700 entrepreneurs driven programs by EIT Health.
