P&R Texteis presents InKreate at ISPO Munich 2018

ISPO Munich is the world's leading trade fair for the sports business. It takes place every year on the grounds of the Messe München. There you can discover the sector's biggest trends and developments, with 2732 exhibitors (record in 2018) and more than 85000 visitors.

Helder Rosendo, General Manager at P&R and member of the InKreate team, affirms:  “P&R Texteis participated for the 5th time, in Hall B3, with a 20 sqm booth, presenting its product innovations and ranges for usual an new potential clients. This operation engages four P&R members present during all show.”

Founded in 1982, located in Barcelos, northern Portugal nearby Porto, P&R has a 180 full time staff, integrating competences along design, product development and manufacturing of innovative technical sport Garments. Competition wear developed by P&R brought performance already to several thousands of Olympic athletes. The company is a relevant supplier of major sports brands, holding also the ownership of two own brands.

Juan V. Durà, Project Director of InKreate, says that “InKreate will now starting demonstration in operational environments in different pilot cases with the cooperation of the creative SMEs from the apparel market participating in the project”, and one of them will be at P&R Texteis.

 

IBV is the coordinator of the InKreate project, that  aims to improve the apparel design process using low cost 3D scanners and 3D sketching tools.

Events like IPSO fair help InKreate to reach general public, that are able to get first-hand information from project partners.

The partners of this innovation action, besides IBV as coordinator and P&R TEXTEIS (Portugal), are ATP (Portugal), BODY2GARMENT (Nederland ), BROWZWEAR (Israel), DDUE (Spain), FIT (Rumania), KATTY FASHION (Rumania)  and TITERA (Slovenia).
