Instituto de Biomecánica (IBV) becames Associated Partner to the EC-funded support action CARTRE - Coordination of Automated Road Transport Deployment for Europe.

The EC-funded support action CARTRE was launched October 2016 with the mission to support the development of clearer and more consistent policies of EU Member States in collaboration with industry players ensuring that Automated Road Transport systems and services are compatible on an EU level and are deployed in a coherent way across Europe.

The CARTRE’s Associated Partnership is mainly targeted at experts and stakeholders having interests in the European research on vehicle and road automation.

Associated Partners are invited to all CARTRE consortium meetings, support the CARTRE project by contributing (actively) to the content of working groups, meetings and international workshops and, besides they participate to the CARTRE Discussion groups on deployment scenarios, regulations, standards and certification.
